The following terminology applies to these Terms and conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Diversity for Dating and Special Events’ Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and Diversity for Dating and Special Events, or either the client or Diversity for Dating and Special Events. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing USA Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. Diversity for Dating and Special Events’ Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, unless it is legally required to the appropriate authorities. In our Speed Dating events you are not allowed to ask for someone’s contact information directly. Diversity for Dating and Special Events will provide only Your “matches” with your name, e-mail and phone number. By registering for an event online at www.d4d-ia.com or attending one of our events, you give us permission to release said information to other Users who You “match” with.

Disclaimer
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diversity for Dating and Special Events:

1. Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or Diversity for Dating and Special Events’ literature, and
2. Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of this website. Diversity for Dating and Special Events is not responsible nor liable for errors or omissions of any kind including any misinterpretation, error or omission of Client’s Match Sheet results. Furthermore, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diversity for Dating and Special Events, its Event Coordinators, employees, Consultants or any person directly related to the management of Diversity for Dating and Special Events from any an all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with Your attendance at any of Diversity for Dating and Special Events, any and all of the services that Diversity for Dating and Special Events provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that You arrange on Your own volition and on Your own time with others who have participated in Our Events. Further, You agree not to initiate any claim whatever against Diversity for Dating and Special Events as a result of any of Our social gatherings or dating activities and You affirm that You take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date. This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
3. It is Your responsibility to take care of Your property during and after Our event. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen property or any property You may have left behind at any of Our events.
4. All participants must be 21 years old or older. If requested, Participant(s) must carry and immediately provide proof of identity and age to our host.
5. Diversity for Dating and Special Events does not check the background or marital status of any Participant. You agree that it is Your sole responsibility to perform these checks if desired. By registering for one of our speed dating events You declare that You are single and not otherwise attached and available.
6. Diversity for Dating and Special Events does not guarantee that its services or efforts will result in any future meeting or date with other Participants.
7. Diversity for Dating and Special Events reserves the right to reject User’s registration to any Event for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund User’s registration fee in full and prevent User from participating in any Diversity for Dating and Special Events.

Payment
The event fee enables You to attend the designated Speed Dating event that You have selected. Payment must be made with all major Credit/Debit with Pay Pall account link provided in Our Web Site. After the payment is done and Your information matches the events range age that you selected, Diversity for Dating and Special Events will send you through mail your personal and not transferable ticket (Invitation). Payment must be made in full if not, the payment will be rejected by the Company and the ticket will not be sent.

Cancellation Policy
Event cancellation must occur 5 days prior to booked event to a total refund. 4 or less days notice prior the event will be refund with credit toward another event. If the Client does not attend to the event (not attendance), the fee will not be refund and there will not be credit to another ticket’s event. If an event is postponed, you agree to attend the new event.  If an event is moved to another venue, you agree to attend the event at the new venue. If you cannot attend due to a postponement or venue change, You are required to notify Diversity for Dating and Special Events immediately, so that we can then issue You a refund for the amount paid or give your credit toward another event.
If the ticket is purchase as a “gift” You must register the person with complete person’s data, including e-mail and telephone numbers. The person that you will be registering must be 21 years old or older to attend to any event. If You or the person that You register can not provide legal proof of identity, You and Your Invite will show as not attendance loosing the right for refund or credit towards another event.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and Diversity for Dating and Special Events have the right to terminate any Services, Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway.
Refunds shall be offered only if the Client gives a notice 5 days prior to booked event to diversity4dating@hotmail.com . If the Client does not attend to the event, the fee will not be refund and there will not credit to another event. (No attendance)

Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the Unites States of America, or in relation to posting from the United States of America. All advertising is intended solely for the United States of America Market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs, and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of Diversity for Dating and Special Events. The Company dos not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify Diversity for Dating and Special Events, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy t which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof  and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any or the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.

Notification of Changes
Diversity for Dating and Special Events reserves the right to change these conditions from time to times as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in houw we use our site customers’ Personally identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy polity will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
